Operator and Acceptance
Rocket Beaver Software operates its apps and services from Ontario, Canada. By accessing or using a Rocket Beaver Software product, you agree to these Terms of Use, any product-specific terms shown in the app, and any applicable Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Eligibility
You must be legally able to use the service and agree to these terms where you live. If you are not legally able to agree on your own, use the service only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.
Use of the Service
Use our products lawfully and in good faith. Do not interfere with a service, attempt unauthorized access, evade security or moderation controls, impersonate another person, manipulate reports or ratings, misuse another person's information, or use a service to harm other users.
User Content
You are responsible for information and content you submit. Do not submit content that is false or intentionally deceptive, dangerous, illegal, hateful, sexually exploitative, infringing, privacy-invasive or otherwise prohibited. Do not upload photographs, text or other material you do not have the right to use.
Licence to Operate the Service
You keep any ownership rights you have in content you submit. By submitting content to a Rocket Beaver Software product, you grant Rocket Beaver Software a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display, format and distribute that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, provide, secure, promote and improve the applicable service, subject to the Privacy Policy and the sharing settings of the feature you use.
Crowd-Sourced and User-Submitted Information
Some Rocket Beaver Software products rely on information submitted by users, copied from public factual sources, or otherwise contributed by the community. This information may be incomplete, outdated, incorrectly entered, duplicated or inaccurate. Rocket Beaver Software does not independently verify every submission and does not represent or warrant that crowd-sourced information is complete, current or correct.
Your Responsibility to Verify
By using a feature that relies on crowd-sourced or user-submitted information, you acknowledge that you are responsible for using reasonable judgment and independently verifying important details before relying on them. This includes, for example, addresses, dates, times, locations, availability, directions, event details, family information and other user-provided content.
Content Filtering and Moderation
Rocket Beaver Software may use automated checks, user reports and manual review to prevent or remove objectionable, unsafe, fraudulent or prohibited content. Content may be rejected before posting, hidden while under review or removed after posting. Accounts may be warned, restricted, suspended or terminated for serious or repeated violations. Automated checks can make mistakes; users may contact support if they believe legitimate content was incorrectly restricted.
Reports and Blocking
Where supported, users may report inaccurate, fraudulent, abusive or inappropriate content and may be able to block another contributor. Rocket Beaver Software may review reports and take reasonable action but cannot guarantee that every report will result in removal or account action. Knowingly false or abusive reporting is prohibited.
Transactions, Events and Personal Safety
Rocket Beaver Software may help users discover sales, events, people or places but is not a buyer, seller, broker, payment processor, event organizer or party to transactions or interactions between users unless a product expressly states otherwise. Users are responsible for personal safety, item condition, payment, taxes and compliance with applicable laws. Exercise ordinary caution when visiting private property, attending events or dealing with people you do not know.
Third-Party Services
Our products may rely on third-party services such as mapping, authentication, device-platform, payment and cloud services. Rocket Beaver Software does not control those services and is not responsible for their interruptions, errors, availability or separate terms and privacy practices.
Subscriptions and Purchases
If a product offers a subscription or in-app purchase through Apple or Google, the purchase is processed by that platform and is also subject to the platform's purchase and subscription terms. Renewal, cancellation, refunds and billing are handled according to the applicable app-store rules and any rights that apply where you live.
Rocket Beaver Software Intellectual Property
Rocket Beaver Software products, software, interfaces, branding, logos and original content are owned by or licensed to Rocket Beaver Software and may not be copied, reverse engineered, republished or used to create a competing service except as permitted by law.
Suspension and Termination
Rocket Beaver Software may restrict, suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect users, enforce these terms, comply with law, investigate abuse or protect a service. You may stop using a service at any time and may initiate account deletion where the product provides an account-deletion feature.
Availability and Accuracy
Our products are provided on an as-available basis. Rocket Beaver Software does not guarantee that a service or any listing, address, date, route, map result, user submission, event, family record or other content will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted or continuously available.
Limitation of Responsibility
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Rocket Beaver Software is not responsible for losses, damages or claims arising from reliance on user-submitted or crowd-sourced information, transactions or interactions between users, unsafe conduct by third parties, unavailable or cancelled events or sales, inaccurate directions or locations, or interruptions in third-party services. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any right, remedy or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Changes to the Service or Terms
Rocket Beaver Software may change, add or discontinue features over time. These terms may also be updated. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date or providing another reasonable notice where appropriate. Continued use after updated terms take effect means you accept the updated terms, subject to rights that cannot legally be waived.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without limiting any mandatory consumer, privacy or other rights that apply where you live.
