Be Accurate
When a product allows public or shared factual submissions, provide information you reasonably believe is accurate. Update or remove information when circumstances change and do not knowingly create fake, duplicate or misleading submissions.
Keep It Safe
Do not post threats, hate speech, harassment, sexual or exploitative content, instructions intended to cause harm, illegal goods or services, scams or other dangerous content.
Respect Privacy
Do not publish private personal information that is unrelated to the feature you are using, including passwords, financial information, government identification numbers or another person's private contact details. Do not impersonate someone else.
Respect Copyright and Ownership
Only upload photographs, descriptions and other content you created or have permission to use. Factual information may be shared where lawful, but do not copy protected photographs, artwork or substantial text from another source without permission.
No Spam or Manipulation
Do not post unrelated advertising, deceptive links or repetitive promotional content. Do not manipulate ratings, feedback, reports, saved activity or other app systems.
Reports and Blocking
Use available report tools for inaccurate, fraudulent, dangerous, abusive or inappropriate content. Reports should be made in good faith and are not a substitute for emergency services.
Moderation and Enforcement
Rocket Beaver Software may review reports and may hide, reject or remove content, limit features, suspend accounts or terminate access when reasonably necessary to enforce these Guidelines, the Terms of Use, applicable law or user safety. Serious violations may result in immediate action.
Appeals and Questions
If you believe your content or account was restricted by mistake, contact admin@rocketbeaver.ca with enough information to identify the content or account action.
Urgent Safety
For immediate danger, suspected crime or a medical emergency, contact the appropriate local emergency service. Rocket Beaver Software reports and support messages are not monitored as an emergency service.
